Gluten Free Ready Meals – Chicken & Mushroom
Diced chicken breast with Chestnut Mushrooms, dried mushrooms and onions cooked in a white wine and cream sauce with a hint of nutmeg.
Serving Suggestions: I love this with Pasta, sometimes we add a few chilli flakes to add a bit of a kick. Also lovely as a casserole with creamy mashed potatoes with purple sprouting broccoli or other green vegetable.

Diced Chicken breast, chestnut mushrooms, onions, water, dried mushrooms, white wine (Sulphates),
corn flour, cream
, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Defrost over night in the fridge. Can be heated through in a saucepan or put into an oven proof dish.
Single portion: cook at 180c/gas mark 4 for 25 mins,
Two Portions: Cook at 180c/gas mark 4 for 30 mins.
Family Portions: Cook at 180c/gas mark 4 for 35 mins.
This product can be microwaved in the container, please follow the manufacturers instructions. Please make sure it is piping hot before serving.
