Gourmet Ready Meal – Steak and Ale Casserole
Tender pieces of beef cooked with onions and carrots in a lovely beer from Wychwood Gold beer with beef stock.
Serving suggestions: Delicious with creamy mashed potatoes and vegetables, brussel sprouts would go well with this casserole.

Beef , Ale (barley, wheat), Beef Stock (onions, leeks, carrots and celery) Onions, Carrots, flour, Sunflower oil Thyme, Bay leaf, Salt and Pepper.
Defrost thoroughly before cooking, can be heated through in a saucepan or in the oven in an oven proof dish, at 180c gas mark 4 for 25 mins. Please make sure it is piping hot before serving.
