Tender pieces of beef cooked with onions and carrots in a lovely beer from Wychwood Gold beer with beef stock.
Serving suggestions: Delicious with creamy mashed potatoes and vegetables, brussel sprouts would go well with this casserole.

, sunflower oil, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Defrost thoroughly before cooking, can be heated through in a saucepan or in the oven in an oven proof dish, at 180c gas mark 4 for 25 mins. Please make sure it is piping hot before serving.
