Beef and Pork, gluten free bread (water, starches (Maize, Potato, Tapioca) Rapeseed oil, Linseed, Humectant (Vegetable Glycerol), Psyllium Husk Powder, Yeast, Black treacle, Stabilisers, (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Xanthan Gum) Free range Egg White, rice flour, Apple Extract, Iodised salt (Salt Potassium Iodate), millet Flakes, Fermented Maize Starch. Vitamins & Minerals (Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folic Acid)) Beef Stock (Onions, Carrots, Leeks and Celery), Tomatoes (Citric Acid), Onions, Tomato Puree (Citric Acid) Chilli Flakes, Chilli Powder, Mixed Herbs, Egg, Salt and Pepper                                                                                                            

Cooking Instructions

Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Can be heated through in a saucepan or in an ovenproof dish in the oven at 180c, gas mark 4 for 25 mins. This product can be cooked in a microwave, loosen the lid of the container supplied and cook according to the manufacturers instructions. Please make sure it is piping hot before serving.
