Diced lamb with leeks and carrots with a mint gravy.

Serving Suggestions:  Lovely with mashed potato and seasonal vegetables.

Product Ingredients

Diced lamb, beef stock, leeks, carrots, petit pois, flour, mint, thyme, salt and pepper.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost before cooking, can be heated through in a saucepan or in the oven.

Single Portion:  180c, gas mark 4 for 25 mins. 

Double Portion:  180c gas mark 4 for 30 mins.

Family Portion:  180c gas mark 4 for 35 mins.

 Make sure it is piping hot before serving.
