Pancakes stuffed with a Chicken, Chestnut mushrooms, dried mushrooms, white wine sauce with a hint of nutmeg, thyme and cream, wrapped in pancakes topped with grated cheese.

I particularly like these with a lovely bowl of dressed salad can also be served with green beans and broccoli.

Chicken Breast, 45%, Onions,  Chestnut Mushrooms, Cream, White Wine (Sulphites) Cornflour, Dried Mixed Mushrooms, Nutmeg, Thyme Pancakes:  Milk, Eggs, Flour, (Wheat, Calcium Niacin Iron Thiamin) Cheese, salt and pepper  

Cooking Instructions

Remove the bag, cook at 180c/Gas Mark 4 for 55 mins.  If defrosted cook at 180c/Gas mark 4 for 35 mins, make sure its piping hot before serving.
