Chicken and Ham Pies

Chicken with Ham Hock in a lovely parsley sauce with thyme and cream, wrapped in an all butter short crust pastry, with egg wash.

Serving suggestions: Lovely with mashed potatoes and vegetables like broccoli

 

Product Ingredients

Chicken 27%, Ham 7%, Ham Stock 23%, Onions 8%, Flour 20%, Butter 10%, Cream 3%, cornflour 2%, Parsley, Thyme, Salt and Pepper, egg wash. 

Cooking Instructions

Single:  Remove the bag, defrost before cooking, cook for 25 mins at 180c/Gas Mark 4 for 25 mins.  Make sure the pie is piping hot before serving. Can be cooked from frozen, cover with foil and cook for 40 mins at 180c/Gas Mark 4, remove the foil for the last 10 mins. Family:  Remove the bag.  Defrost for best results, cook at 180c/Gas Mark 4 for 40 mins, make sure its piping hot before serving.  Can be cooked from frozen, cover with foil, cook for 70 mins at 180c/Gas Mark 4 remove the foil for the last 10 mins.
