Butternut and quinoa with a lovey mix of spices and coconut milk with a touch of spinach.

Serving Suggestions: Lovely served with rice or as an accompaniment to other curries.

Product Ingredients

Butternut Squash, Coconut Milk, Quinoa, onion, tomatoes, vegetable stock, (Onions, Carrots, Leeks and Celery) Tomato Puree, Fresh Ginger, Paprika, Coriander, Turmeric, Cayenne, Cinnamon, pinch of chilli flakes, Spinach, salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Single:  Remove the bag, cook at 180c/Gas mark 4 for 50 mins, if chilled cook at 180c/gas mark 4 for 30 mins or can be heated through in a saucepan, make sure its piping hot before serving Double:  Remove the bag, cook at 180c/Gas mark 4 for 50 mins, if chilled cook at 180c/gas mark 4 for 30 mins or can be heated through in a saucepan, make sure its piping hot before serving Family:  Defrost thoroughly, remove the bag, cover with foil  cook at 180c/Gas Mark4 for 60 mins, remove the foil for the last 10 mins, or can be heated through in a saucepan, make sure the product is piping hot before serving.
